Green tourism

This is the town located on the marvelous hutsulian planes. First Verhovyna was mentioned in 1424 and it was known as Zhabie till 1962. Town is situated on 620 m above the sea level on the coast of the river Chornyi Cheremosh, 150 km from Ivano-Frankivsk. If you visit Verhovyna you will never forget the hospitality, comfortable hotel rooms, and local cuisine.
