It is of historical value as it was a place for different rituals B.C. That is a place that many famous Ukrainian writers such Lesia Ukrainka,Ivan Franko, Myhailo Kotsubynskyy visited.
There is a legend that many-many years ago there lived giant people. Those tribes were named carpy (that is why Mountains are called Carpathian). So they moved those huge stones and put them into a chain on their treasures that are hidden under it. Besides there are a lot of ancient symbols found on those stones. That is why it is of historical value. You can enjoy listening different stories, seeing the view, learn about the history of Ukrainian people.
